Shipping Policy – ScrubMode

At ScrubMode, we take pride in delivering premium scrubs, lab coats, and aprons to professionals across India with care and efficiency. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

 

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
 If we experience a high order volume, your shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery.
 In the event of a significant delay, our team will notify you promptly via email or phone.

 

 

Shipping Charges

  • A ₹50 shipping fee applies to orders below ₹1,500.

  • A ₹100 charge applies to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  • Free standard shipping is available on prepaid orders above ₹1,500.

 

 

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

  • Orders are typically dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days after processing.

  • Delivery is expected within 5–10 working days, depending on your location and courier operations.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email/SMS with tracking details, active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary for remote or non-serviceable pin codes due to courier limitations.

 

 

Shipment to P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO

At this time, ScrubMode does not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

 

 

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email or message with your tracking number(s) once your order is shipped.
 Tracking updates typically become active within 24 hours.

 

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, ScrubMode is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit.
 If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Notify the courier partner immediately and file a claim with them.

  2. Contact us at support@scrubmode.in with your order details and photos/videos of the damaged packaging and product.

  3. Retain all packaging materials and the damaged items until the claim is resolved.

We will assist you in coordinating with the courier partner for a fair resolution.

 

 

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside India. International delivery will be added in the future as we expand our logistics network.
