Return & Exchange Policy – ScrubMode
At ScrubMode, we stand behind the quality of every scrub, lab coat, and apron we create. Each product is designed with care and precision to meet the standards of professionals who trust us.
If, however, you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help make your return or exchange process smooth and transparent.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at support@scrubmode.in within 7 days of delivery.

📦 Note: A non-refundable charge of ₹100 applies to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Return Pickup & Shipping

Our logistics partner will schedule a pickup within 2–3 business days of your request.

If pickup fails after three attempts, or your pincode is outside our reverse logistics coverage, you may be required to self-ship your package.

Please ship using India Post Speed Post—your courier cost (up to ₹300) will be reimbursed once verified.
⚠️ Important: Do not hand over the product without a pickup slip or SMS confirmation from our logistics partner.
Product Condition Requirements
Please ensure:

The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

All tags, labels, and accessories are intact.

Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not qualify for return or exchange.
Inspection & Refund Process

Once your returned item reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a quality inspection (within 3–4 business days).

If approved, your refund will be processed within 6–7 business days.

A ₹149 deduction applies to all returns for shipping and operational charges.
If the Item Fails Quality Check
If a returned product does not pass inspection (e.g., used, damaged, missing tags), it will be sent back to you, and a ₹149 reshipping fee will apply.
We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring products remain in resalable condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please email us at support@scrubmode.in within 7 days of delivery, along with photos or an unboxing video for verification.

We will arrange a pickup at no additional charge and process an exchange or replacement as soon as possible.

Refunds for damaged items will include a ₹149 logistics deduction (only if a refund—not replacement—is preferred).
Non-Returnable Items

Sale / Offer items are non-returnable.

However, exchange may be offered (see below).

Customized / embroidered uniforms are also non-returnable, as they are made to order.
Exchange Policy
We want your fit to be perfect.

Only one exchange is allowed per order.

Size exchange is subject to product availability.

No additional charge applies for exchanges.

Exchange is not available for products priced below ₹999.

For incorrect items, please share a package unboxing video to validate the claim.
Refund Timelines & Mode

Refunds are initiated within 7–8 business days after your return passes inspection.

Refunds typically reflect in your bank within 4–8 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider).

Refunds will be made to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or online banking).

For COD orders, refunds will be issued via ScrubMode Credit Voucher (valid for 6 months).
If your refund hasn’t arrived after the stated period, please contact your bank/payment provider with the provided Refund Reference Number (RRN).
